Pricing per outlet, the free trial and how to pay.
Pricing
Rp500.000 per outlet per year, with every feature included. Each outlet has its own active period.
- 3-month free trial for the first outlet of your first business, active as soon as the business is created.
- Extra outlets and further businesses need to be paid for before their cashier can sell.
Each outlet's status shows in Settings → Subscription: Trial, Yearly, Not active or Ended — with the end date and days left.
How to pay
- Open Settings → Subscription. The bank account and price are on the How to pay card — copy the account number with the copy button.
- Transfer Rp500.000 × the number of outlets you're paying for.
- Click Confirm payment, tick the outlets you paid for (the total is calculated for you), and enter the sender name, bank/e-wallet, transfer date and an optional note.
- Click Send confirmation. It stays Waiting until we check the bank statement — usually within one business day.
- Once Approved, the outlets are active for one year.
Paying early is fine
If an outlet is still active when you renew, the new year starts after its current end date — you don't lose the remaining days.
If a confirmation is Rejected, the reason shows in the history. Send a new confirmation once it's sorted. Only one confirmation can be waiting at a time.
When an outlet's period ends
- Owners/admins see a reminder at the top of the POS from 14 days before it ends.
- When it ends, only the cashier at that outlet is locked. Order history, reports, the menu and settings stay available — your data is safe.
- As soon as the payment is approved, the cashier can sell again.
