Menu
Categories, products, size variants and options like sugar or toppings.
The menu is created once for the whole business and used by every outlet. It lives under Menu in the sidebar (owners/admins only).
Categories
Menu → Categories. Categories are the tabs on the cashier screen, e.g. Coffee, Non-coffee, Food.
- The order of categories is the order of the tabs. Move them with the ↑ / ↓ buttons.
- Pick a menu card colour — products without a photo show their initials in the category colour.
- Turn off Show on cashier to hide a whole category.
- A category that still has products can't be deleted.
Products
Menu → Products → Add product:
- Enter the Name, choose a Category and an optional description.
- One price? Fill in Price. Several sizes? Click Add variant and enter a name and price for each size (e.g. Regular Rp18.000, Large Rp22.000). With variants, the price comes from the variant.
- Tick the Modifier groups that apply (e.g. Sugar, Ice).
- Show on cashier — turn it off if the product isn't on sale yet.
Changing a price doesn't change old receipts — every order keeps the name and price at the time of sale.
Modifiers (extra options)
Menu → Modifiers. Option groups you create once and attach to many products — e.g. Sugar (Normal, Less, None) or Toppings (Boba +Rp5.000, Cheese foam +Rp7.000).
- Each option can have an extra price (0 is fine).
- Selection rule: minimum & maximum choices. For example
1/1= pick exactly one (Sugar); minimum0= optional (Toppings, up to 3). - Changes to a group apply right away to every product that uses it.
Out of something today?
Don't delete or hide the product — mark it in Sold-out items so it only applies to that outlet.
