Dashboard & reports

Revenue, best sellers and payment methods for any period.

Reading the dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page after signing in (Google accounts only). It shows:

  • Revenue, Orders, Average / order and Items sold, each compared with the previous period (e.g. "vs yesterday").
  • Revenue chart — by hour for a single day, by day for longer ranges. Hover a bar for details.
  • Payment methods — cash vs QR.
  • Breakdown — discounts, service charge, tax and voided orders.
  • Top products.
  • By outlet — when viewing all outlets.

Numbers only count completed orders; voided orders are shown separately. Times use your store clock (the business time zone).

Filters

  • Period: Today, 7 days, This month, or a custom range.
  • Outlet: one outlet or all outlets (owners/admins).
