Payments & receipts

Cash, QR payments, change and printing receipts.

Taking payment

After clicking Pay in the cart, choose a method:

Cash

  • Type the Cash received, or use the quick amount buttons / Exact amount.
  • Change is calculated for you. The order can only be saved when the cash received covers the total.
  • Malaysia: cash totals are rounded to the nearest 5 sen under BNM rules. The difference is shown on the receipt as rounding.

QRIS / DuitNow QR

  • Ask the customer to scan your shop's QR for the total shown. Once the payment arrives, click QRIS payment received (in Malaysia: DuitNow QR).
  • QR payments are always the exact amount, with no rounding.

For cash, click Complete order. Once saved you can Print receipt or start a New order.

Receipt paper size

Each outlet has its own paper size: 58 mm (small/portable printers) or 80 mm (countertop POS printers). Set it in Settings → Outlets → edit the outlet → Receipt paper.

How to print

The print page picks the best method for the device:

Android phone or tablet — RawBT

  1. Install RawBT from the Play Store and connect it to your Bluetooth thermal printer.
  2. In Warkosin, click Print to printer — the receipt is sent through RawBT.

Laptop — Bluetooth/USB printer (Chrome or Edge)

  1. Click Print to printer.
  2. The first time, the browser asks for a port — choose the printer's Serial over Bluetooth (or USB) port.
  3. After that, receipts print straight away. Use Change printer if you switch printers.

Anything else — the browser print dialog

Click Print via dialog to use the browser's own print window. Choose the printer and the matching paper size.
