Business & subscription

Who does what?

Warkosin has three kinds of users:

  • Owner — owns the business. Signs in with a Google account and can manage everything: menu, outlets, staff, devices, tax and the subscription.
  • Admin — a Google account that helps run the business. Same access as the owner, except deleting the business.
  • Cashiers & supervisors — your shop staff. They don't need a Google account: they pick their name and enter a PIN on the cashier screen. Supervisors can also void orders.

A cashier tablet can also run without any Google account — see Cashier tablets.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install an app?

No. Warkosin runs in the browser — Chrome on a laptop, tablet or phone. To print receipts from an Android phone, install the RawBT app (see Payments & receipts).

Can I use it for more than one branch?

Yes. A business can have many outlets. The menu is shared, while orders, sold-out items and cashier tablets are kept per outlet. See Business settings.

How much does it cost?

Rp500.000 per outlet per year. The first outlet of your first business is free for 3 months. See Subscription.

Do I lose my data when the subscription ends?

No. Only the cashier at that outlet is locked. Order history, reports and settings stay available, and the cashier works again as soon as it's paid.
